Return Policy

HOW do customers return items and where to?

Prior to a return taking place please call or email us so that we are aware of it pending arrival we recommend all items are sent with tracking so that there arrival to us is trackable. 

All goods returned for credit must be accompanied by the following:

            A return claim form (contact Apex for a copy or download one from the Apex website)

            A copy of the original Apex invoice or invoice number

            A reason for the goods being returned


No returns will be accepted without the above documents. Please make sure you have all the above paperwork attached to the goods before you return them.


Ensure you know the year model of the bike for parts you ordered.

Should you wish to exchange or refund goods due to wrong order or change of mind, a re-stocking fee may be charged.

Receipt of goods into our warehouse should not be seen as an obligation by us to issue a credit.

If we have sent you incorrect or faulty goods, we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending correct goods to you. 

WHAT can be returned?

All goods returned for credit must not have been used, fitted or modified in any way. They must be in their original, complete, unmarked packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Ensure you pack items correctly when returning as items damaged in transit will not be accepted. Any goods that fail to meet this requirement will be refused credit and returned to the customer, freight collect.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Goods returned for credit, subject to the above conditions, may be returned to our warehouse within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Goods that are short supplied must be referred to Apex within 7 days of receipt.

SHIPPING for returns?

Customers will be repsonsble for the return shipping due to "their customer change of mind" or that they no longer need or want it. If the return is a result of a error on behalf of Apex Imports we will cover all transport costs.

CREDIT for returns?

Customers will recieve a credit or refund for all returns, which ever is preferred.
